These terms govern your use of the Sturna AI multi-agent intent routing platform. By signing up or using Sturna, you agree to these terms.

When you submit a text intent (a request or task description), Sturna's routing engine evaluates it against a pool of specialized AI agents using a competitive auction mechanism. Each agent submits a bid based on its capabilities and historical performance; the highest-scoring agent handles your request.

By using Sturna, you acknowledge that AI-generated content carries inherent uncertainty and that you should apply appropriate judgment.
Accounts are created via email-based signup with magic link authentication. You receive a sign-in link by email each time you log in — no password is required.
You are responsible for:

You may not use Sturna to:

Sturna offers the following tiers:
Payment: All paid subscriptions are charged in advance on a monthly basis. Payments are processed by Stripe; Sturna does not store your payment card details.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided.
Upgrades: Upgrading from Free to Pro takes effect immediately; you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry within a reasonable period. Service may be suspended if payment is not received within 14 days of the initial failure.
Price changes: We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any change to pricing takes effect.
Your content: You retain ownership of all intent inputs you submit and the results you receive from Sturna. You grant Sturna a limited license to process your inputs in order to provide the service.
Sturna's platform: Sturna owns the platform, routing algorithms, agent pool, scoring models, and all associated infrastructure, software, and documentation. You may not copy, redistribute, or extract proprietary components from the platform.
Agent-generated content: Content produced by AI agents during execution is treated as service output under your ownership as described above. Sturna does not claim ownership of results delivered to you.
Aggregated data: Sturna may use anonymized, aggregated execution data to improve routing quality. This data contains no personally identifiable information and cannot be reverse-attributed to specific users.
AI-generated output is not guaranteed. Sturna's agents produce content using third-party AI models. This content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate. You use all results at your own risk.
For any consequential or indirect damages arising from your use of Sturna — including decisions made based on AI outputs, lost revenue, reputational harm, or data loss — our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
This limitation does not apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.
You indemnify Sturna against any third-party claims arising from your use of the platform in violation of these terms.
Sturna is provided on a best-effort basis. We target high availability but do not guarantee specific uptime levels or response times. No Service Level Agreement (SLA) is currently offered at the Free or Pro tiers.
We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice where possible. Emergency maintenance may be performed without notice in cases of critical security or stability risks.
We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or degraded performance resulting from factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party API failures, internet infrastructure issues, or force majeure events.
By you: You may cancel your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at hello@sturna.ai. Cancellation takes effect as described in the Subscriptions section above.
By Sturna: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a security risk. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination where time permits.
Data deletion on request: If you request deletion of your account and associated data, we will delete your personal information within 30 days of verification, subject to any legal retention obligations. Execution history may be retained in anonymized, aggregated form as described in the Intellectual Property section.
These terms are governed by the laws of [State/Jurisdiction — to be confirmed by company owner]. If you are a business entity, you and Sturna agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these terms.
If you are an individual consumer, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law.
